The Louis Barney Katz Story Time Show
I tell stories from the heart, not the script. After getting fired from the credit union for posting a link to my Christmas show, PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON, YOU'RE IN MIDDLETON NOW, to our company intranet, I decided to do this instead of spending all my time looking for the next full time job in customer service. Why even get a job? I sold my IT business after 23 years, isn't that long enough? No. I post articles on LinkedIn that bring value to no one, and stories on my website, lbkatz.com. Also no value. Maybe podcasting is where to be. I guess we'll find out.

What would happen if you were to drop Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts into a Columbo episode? Not original Columbo. New Columbo. Dark, dangerous Columbo. This is what would happen.

In the Right Kind of Light, Glass Really Does Look A Lot Like Candy
My wife's been watching that Netflix series, Blown Away, the one about the glass blowers. I watched them blowing candy out of glass, and it got me thinking, why doesn't somebody combine a glass blowing studio with a candy store. Wouldn't that b...

Mamas, Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Read "Sybil"
A 1966 Toyota Corona four door is no kind of car for a road trip. But that’s all we had when daddy decided to downsize after that glorious white Chrysler Newport (I think it was a ‘63). When you’re a kid you don’t get why things happen like tha...
